* We have shipped our blades to this particular country in the past but our customers have faced issues a few times while clearing customs. Normally small to medium sized blades (up to about 12 inch blade size) are easily cleared through customs. But customs officials may raise issues while clearing larger blades and may seize them. If you want us to ship our blades to this country then order our blades at your own risk. We won’t issue refunds for our products failing to clear customs at the destination port in any country.
My country is not in the list above. What should I do?
Don’t worry, it doesn’t mean we won’t or can’t ship our blades to your country. It just means we don’t have the latest information whether we are able to ship our blades to your country or not. So, please contact us using the chat support widget located at the bottom right hand corner of our website and ask us by providing your country name & email address. We will then consult our shipping partners and get back to you via email with the shipping information.

Although we try our best to keep the list above and shipping information for shipping our products to all countries as up to date as possible the shipment of your order may still not clear the customs at the port of entry in your country. This might be a result of changes in laws governing the import of product(s) you ordered to your country. Customs officials may also allow certain products to easily clear customs on some occasions while they may seize or ask for duties and tax payments for the same or similar products on other occasions. This might happen due to unclear law(s) or unclear explanation(s) of law(s) governing the product(s) in the shipment package.
