10″ Panawal Angkhola Village Farmer’s Working Khukuri | Genuine Full Tang Handforged Kukri Knife by Ex Gurkha Khukuri. Angkhola is comprised of two separate Nepali words “Ang” and “Khola”. “Ang” means the back part of the human body whereas “Khola” means to open. So the blade part of this specially designed khukuri looks like the back part of the human body. Also, Angkhola is a popular village in the eastern region of Nepal. This very design comes from the same village and is usually used by farmers in their households as well as outdoors in the field.
10″ Panawal Angkhola Village Farmer’s Working Khukuri has a 10-inch blade made from highly graded 5160 carbon steel with 5-inch full tang rosewood handle. This khukuri is handcrafted by the famous & very skilled Kaamis (blacksmiths) of “Bishwakarma” caste using high-quality materials in a very traditional manner with traditional tools. The blade is extremely sharp and has a balanced oil-quenching temper making the blade very strong. The full tang handle on this khukuri can actually sustain a lot of work and overwork. The fuller of blade makes it easy to strike with the knife and complete the work easily and comfortably.
This khukuri can be used to chop firewood & bone, cut meat, clear bushes, hack wood, etc.
Note: This is a handcrafted kukri therefore each khukuri might have slight variations in measurements.
