The Tulwar-Kora handled Kukri was a popular weapon in Nepal during the early 1800s. The hilt drew its influence from both the Tulwar and Kora Swords, with some hilts having more of a Tulwar design while others resembled the Kora sword. The marriage of these two styles can often be found in the combination of elements from both blades. The blade is Sirupate with a Koftgari decorated base, and the metal handle is in the design of a Tulwar and Kora Sword.
