Authentic khukuri directly from Official Supplier to the Military in Nepal

20″ Sirupate Kukri Knife | Handmade Traditional Hunting Khukuri is made for Official Supplier to the Military in Nepal. This kukri has a 20 inch blade which is made from 5160 high-carbon steel. This particular knife’s name comes from the name of grass, ‘siru’. The shape of this khukuri blade is very much like the leaf of the Siru. Hence it is called Sirupate khukuri. It has a relatively straighter blade which is not as wide as other knives. British Gurkhas use a similar kind of light blade for jungle training.

This blade can be used to chop wood or bone-clean bushes and also for other kinds of domestic works. This khukuri is handmade by skilled craftsmen known as “Bishwakarmas,” who have inherited the art of khukuri making from their forefathers, in Nepal. These craftsmen use traditional techniques and utilize high-quality materials to ensure the durability and reliability of the knife.

20″ Sirupate Kukri Knife | Handmade Traditional Hunting Khukuri is a heavy and sturdy knife, capable of cutting through branches and trees with ease. The handle has a circumference of 4.5 inches, providing a comfortable grip. This khukuri is made with a handle size of 6 inch and a rat tail tang design. The blade is unpolished, razor-sharp, making it ideal for heavy-duty outdoor tasks. It is also easy to sharpen and has been carefully oil tempered to achieve optimal balance.

20″ Sirupate Kukri Knife | Handmade Traditional Hunting Khukuri comes with a scabbard crafted from pinewood and wrapped in water buffalo leather, further enhancing its durability and protecting the blade during storage or transportation. With a belly measuring 4.4cm, this khukuri knife is well-suited for various military, hunting, survival, tactical, and outdoor situations. Whether you need a reliable tool for field operations, wilderness adventures, or demanding tasks, the 20″ Sirupate Kukri Knife | Handmade Traditional Hunting Khukuri is designed to exceed your expectations. The scabbard has a single frog which is a leather loop used to attach to the belt.
