Hence the name of this traditional khukuri “Super Fast Chitlange Khukuri |Unique Handle Machete Kukri” is derived from its village of origin “Chitlang”. This is the latest version and a better version of the old Chitlange Khukuri.
This 21″ Super Fast Chitlange Khukuri |Unique Handle Machete Kukri | EGKH has a 21-inch blade made from highly graded 5160 carbon steel with a polished finish and a razor-sharp edge. This Chitlange Khukuri (also called kukri or khukuri by many people outside Nepal) has a beautifully curved blade shape. Our team of traditional Nepalese blacksmiths, called Kaami, forged it at our factory in Nepal. Nepalese blacksmiths have been using traditional tools to forge blades for generations. There is an 8-inch long full tang handle made from strong rosewood with a modern S guard handle. The guard will protect your hand from the extremely sharp edge of the blade when you are using it.

The meticulous forging process ensures a balanced tempering, enhancing the blade’s performance. The pinewood scabbard, wrapped in water buffalo leather, encapsulates the knife securely, reflecting both functionality and craftsmanship. A Karda & Chakmak are included with this khukuri. Karda is a sharp knife that can be used to cut fruits & vegetables, open tin cans, etc. The Chakmak is a blunt steel that can be used to hone the khukuri blade or used to produce sparks for fire with fire steel or flint.
