This is 12″ The Regulator Bowie Knife | Handmade Full Tang Knife by Ex Gurkha Khukuri. The historical exploits of men hell-bent on justice and retribution inspired the knife. The Regulator khukuri hearkens back to a more rugged age when a man’s word was his bond, honor was everything, and deeds spoke louder than words. Back in the 19th century, people used to carry similar handy blade designs that could act as a defense weapon, a tactical survival knife, or a utility knife. The knife was a means of tool used to give retribution and justice to the people. Today, this knife reminds us of when men carried rugged, hand-forged Kukri knives as companions to their six-shooters.

It is a useful & handy knife that can be used to cut meat, chop wood, clear bushes, etc. It is also a perfect companion for people who love to go on outdoor adventures like camping & hunting.

We have used highly graded 5160 carbon steel with a balanced oil-quenching temper to hand forge the 12″ The Regulator Bowie Knife. The knife has razor-sharp dual edges from the tip to the middle of the spine making the blade perfect for penetrating and stabbing. We’ve made a sturdy water buffalo horn handle for this knife which is 5 inches in length. It is a full tang handle with double brass guards that protects the user’s hand from the sharp edge of the knife. We have a stylish sheath made from cotton wrapped in pure water buffalo leather for the knife. The leather has been dyed to a black & brown color.
